April Birchbox

After seeing the YouTube sneak peek video Birchbox posted about their April box, I was really excited!
The video showed Caudalie Divine Oil,  Youngblood Anti-Shine Mattifier, StriVectin SD Eye Concentrate for Wrinkles, Ojon Rare Blend Conditioner and Nexxus Youth Renewal Rejuvenating  Elixir... all seemingly awesome products. Unfortunately, none of those items were in my box.

Mine came with:
- Malin + Goetz Cilantro Hair Conditioner... I'm all about natural hair care products but my immediate reaction was "This stuff stinks!!!" I'm gonna try it out anyway...

- Caudalie SOS Morning Eye Rescue... already in love with this company and their products so I'm glad I get to sample yet another thing from them.

- Herban Essentials Towelettes...  2 types were included in my box: a yoga one (for cleaning hands, feet and mat before and after yoga) and a peppermint one (for cleaning hands). Too bad I don't take yoga anymore...

- Mirenesse Glossy Kiss Lipstick... it's along the same lines as every other lipstick gloss balm/chubby stick.

And this month's little extra is Hail Merry Chocolate Macaroons... not really a chocolate person but these are really healthy (raw, vegan, gluten-free and natural) so I might bite into one.

Well, that's it! Not the great box that I was hoping for but at least a couple of items might have some potential. Check back next month to see what new samples I get.
