iHeart Health: Natural Pre-Cold Remedy

It's flu season... possibly the worst flu season ever. This is the kind of flu that hits hard, knocks you down, makes you think the fight is over but comes back to knock you down again! I have been taking every possible precaution (short of staying home) to keep myself well, yet working in the education field I am definitely at risk for catching the flu. Whenever I feel myself coming down with something, I immediately take the natural route to try and knock it out before it settles into my body.

Step 1: I drink a cup of Yogi Triple Echinacea Green Tea*     
Step 2: I take 2 cayenne pepper gel capsules*

That's it! Viruses that attack the respiratory system cannot stand the heat... literally. So I drink the tea to support the function of my immune system and then take the cayenne pepper gel capsules to burn whatever virus has entered my body. As soon as I get a sniffle or a slightly scratchy throat, I do those two steps, go to bed for the night and wake up the next morning 100% healthy!
