Product Review: Maybelline Baby Lips

We're about a month into winter and we all know that with winter weather comes dry skin, especially on our lips! Over the years, I have tried several different brands of balms and they worked... for a short period of time. The constant reapplication of lip balm throughout the day became very annoying. And that's where my search for the perfect lip moisturizer began.

After researching brands, reading reviews and comparing, I finally decided to pick up Baby Lips by Maybelline in "Quenched" since I was looking for a colorless balm to go under my lipsticks and glosses. It was love at first glide!! My lips instantly felt moisturized... almost like dew. And surprisingly enough, the moisture actually lasted for as long as they claim: 8 hours. How do I know? Well... one day a couple of weeks ago, I accidentally left my makeup bag at home (*gasp*) and had to go through that whole work day (which was 10 hours) without lip balm. To my surprise, my lips were not dry at all! After that experience, I quickly went to pick up a couple of the tinted shades to add to my beauty box. I am most certainly a Baby Lips buyer for life!
