Slip #1: Damage Antidote Oil Moisturizer and Billion Hair Potion from Optimum Salon Haircare's Amla Legend Collection. This is a new line and I was curious about it since it contains amla oil instead of the usual argan oil that is infused into most other hair products.
Slip #2: Pantene Pro V's Ultimate 10 BB Creme. This hair cream supposedly does it all: repairs rough hair, strengthens hair against damage, give a silky softness, adds brilliant shine, smooths, moisturizes, controls frizz, protects against heat, makes hair more manageable and tames fly-aways. Sounds amazing, right? I bought it to use strictly as a heat protectant before blow drying my hair.
Slip #3: 4 Bath & Body Works candles and another 3-wick bellflower candle holder. They brought back their 2 for $22 sale on the 3-wick candles... so I gave in to the sale (again). I bought another honeysuckle, a pear, a vanilla coconut and a lemon.
Ok... so maybe I wasn't that good this week. When I first started typing this post, I had only purchased the hair products... then I got the BBW email Wednesday evening. Darn my weakness for candles!!! But at least I bought them on sale... that counts as a bit of discipline, right? We're now 29 days away from my birthday... just a few more weeks of no buying clothes/shoes/bags... I can do this!
